Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Supervisor, Local Eats Club at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will oversee concession locations during events, lead and train teams, and ensure compliance with food safety and service standards to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Role requires availability for all major events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple locations in a fast-paced venue environment. A background in food service and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous supervisory experience in a related role required.
• Previous food service experience is an asset.
• Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Elevated time management, strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Command of the English language both written and verbal; multilingual an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession locations during events.
• Lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure standards and legendary guest service.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with teams for event knowledge and timing details.
• Ensure proper staffing, follow menu recipes, and maintain clean, safe operations.
• Monitor inventory levels pre, during and post event to prevent stockouts.
• Test equipment pre-event to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure menu boards and registers reflect correct items and prices.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Legends Uniform & Grooming guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Alcohol and Food Safety laws and company standards; obtain required certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
