Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Beverage Supervisor for Concession & Club at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa to lead beverage operations across multiple concession points during events. You will coach teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage inventories and equipment prior to game days and events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards is a plus
• Ability to lead teams and maintain guest relations

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession locations during events.
• Lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure legendary guest service.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to share event knowledge and timings.
• Ensure correct staffing, follow recipes, and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels pre, during, and post events.
• Test and run equipment before events to ensure good condition.
• Verify menu boards and registers reflect items and prices accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance and enforce uniform guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol and food safety laws; obtain TEAM certification on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
