Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Supervisor for Local Eats Club to oversee concession locations and lead on-site teams at major stadium events in the Tampa Bay area.

The role requires on-site presence days before and after events, with a focus on staffing, food safety, and guest service excellence. Candidates should have supervisory experience in food service and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food service.
• Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient English communication; multilingual is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession locations during events.
• Lead, coach, train, and support team members to ensure processes and guest service is legendary.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to share event knowledge and timing details.
• Ensure proper staffing, follow menu recipes, and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory pre-, during, and post-event to prevent stockouts and ensure accuracy of prices on boards.
• Test and power on equipment pre-event to ensure proper working condition; verify menu boards and registers reflect items and prices.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines; comply with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Complete required food safety training and alcohol service certifications on-site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
