Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Ryan Field seeks a Lead Concessions Supervisor to oversee multiple concession locations during events, directing frontline teams and ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strict food-safety compliance.

The role requires at least two years in concessions or related fields with prior leadership experience, and the ability to work event-driven schedules, including evenings and weekends, in a stadium/arena environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in concessions, food service, hospitality, retail, or event operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stadium, arena, or entertainment venue experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession operations across multiple stands or assigned venue areas during events.
• Provide leadership and direction to Concessions Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Conduct pre-event operational briefings and communicate service expectations.
• Ensure a high standard of hospitality is maintained.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory controls, and reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
