Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise a team in fast-paced events.
• Strong communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking during high-volume events.
• Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, and event execution.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost-control basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering ops for large-scale events (NFL games, concerts, etc.).
• Assist planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Warehouse, Premium Ops and other depts.
• Review BEOs, timelines, staffing plans for accurate execution.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and direct catering staff.
• Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with teams.
• Monitor operations to resolve staffing and service issues.
• Maintain guest service standards and hospitality excellence.
• Ensure proper event setup, food presentation, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Assist with inventory, labor, cost controls, and waste reduction.
• Support admin duties: documentation, staffing, checklists, reporting.
