Legends & ASM Global in Tampa is seeking an experienced culinary operations leader to oversee a high-volume stadium kitchen. You will drive menu development, cost control, and guest satisfaction across events, games, and concerts.

The role requires strong leadership, sanitation knowledge, and the ability to manage schedules and production forecasts in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship with ACF.
• Minimum three years' experience in high-volume full-service food operation.
• Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies and costs.
• Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and customer service.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Detail-oriented, organized, quick to learn new programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification.
• English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Overall management of culinary operations of assigned department
• Daily schedules, coordinate and participate in event operations, monitor costs
• Ensure all products meet high standards
• Create innovative menu offerings from guest feedback
• Leads team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Monitor food prep and kitchen activities for Health Dept compliance
• Write, cost, test, maintain menu specs, recipes, production forecasts
• Enforce inventory and labor control; maintain customer relations and financial prudence
• Ensure workstations and dining areas are clean, sanitized, safe
• Other duties as assigned
