Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Quality Engineering professional to lead supplier quality and containment programs in our New Jersey facility. You will drive QR performance improvements, participate in PRT meetings, and coordinate resolution of warranty concerns with external suppliers.

You will also support QA procedures, assist IQ with data accuracy, and interact with plant management to ensure timely problem resolution and continuous improvement across supplier processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of plant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part quality confirmation for suppliers with repetitive containment failures.
• Lead containment of supplier process -1MIS and 0MIS SIMPSN & BSAQ projects.
• Drive root cause analysis with select critical-to-quality suppliers.
• Align with PRT on SP SIMPSN & BSAQ issues for Glidepath values.
• Notify and engage STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments related to SP.
• Contain supplier Stop Ship issues; assist Site STA with On-Hold/Release tracking.
• Work with Stop Ship stakeholders to support PAC process reporting root cause.
• Monitor DPR and alert STA leadership for issues needing site intervention.
• Represent suppliers to STA and manufacturing management; support PIC Room meetings; lead PQR prep.
