Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality processes and drive QR performance improvements. You will participate in Whiteboard reviews and PRT meetings, addressing external supplier warranty concerns and assisting with QR data accuracy.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 2+ years of plant manufacturing experience, and the ability to present materials to senior leadership with tight timelines. This is an on-site position in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related manufacturing field.
• 2+ years of plant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part quality confirmation with suppliers for repetitive containment.
• Lead containment of -1MIS, 0MIS SIMPSN and BSAQ projects.
• Drive root cause analysis with critical to quality suppliers.
• Align with PRT on SP SIMPSN & BSAQ issues for glidepath values.
• Notify STA Site team early about potential Stop Shipments related to SP.
• Support containment of Stop Ship issues and track vehicle On-Hold/Release.
• Assist Stop Ship stakeholders with accurate root-cause for PAC reporting.
• Monitor DPR and alert STA management when issues require intervention.
• Act as supplier liaison between STA and plant management; support PIC Room meetings.
• Lead supplier preparation for PQRs.
