ebs Recruiters is seeking a Sales Analyst in St. Louis to transform sales, marketing, and market data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and retention.

You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and develop reporting solutions using Power BI and CRM data. Local candidates preferred for in-person collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, forecasting, reporting, or CRM analysis.
• Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-generating functions.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Foundational SQL skills required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering actionable insights.
• Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Develop account targeting strategies, customer profiles, and sales playbooks to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver data-driven reporting solutions.
• Evaluate sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Analyze customer, product, competitive, and market dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Utilize CRM data to support sales strategy, forecasting, customer segmentation, and opportunity management.
• Recommend improvements to customer data collection, data quality, and reporting processes.
• Research and evaluate external data sources to support market analysis, prospect identification, and business development initiatives.
• Support sales enablement, marketing programs, and customer feedback analysis through data-driven insights.
• Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.
