USAble Life is seeking a Sr. Sales Performance Analyst to act as SME for data-driven reporting, focusing on Power BI dashboards and complex reporting. You will transform, clean, and automate reports, ensuring data integrity for leadership and partners.

This is a remote role with strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SQL-based reporting, Power BI expertise, and experience with SSRS/SSIS, Excel, and analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/related field.
• 3+ years' experience in report development using SQL.
• 3-5 years of experience with Power BI and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate complex reports and dashboards with a focus on Power BI.
• Query databases and maintain reporting queries and datasets.
• Support sales analytics for Company, Partners, and Affiliates.
