Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field required; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, reporting, or CRM analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Foundational SQL skills required and data governance awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Develop account targeting strategies, customer profiles, and sales playbooks to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver data‑driven reporting solutions.
• Evaluate sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Analyze customer, product, competitive, and market dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Utilize CRM data to support sales strategy, forecasting, customer segmentation, and opportunity management.
• Recommend improvements to customer data collection, data quality, and reporting processes.
• Research and evaluate external data sources to support market analysis and business development.
• Support sales enablement, marketing programs, and customer feedback analysis through data‑driven insights.
• Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.
