Job summary

eShipping LLC is seeking a New Business Solutions Analyst in Parkville, MO to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams. You will translate prospect needs and data into multimodal transportation management solutions, building insights, models, and dashboards to support deal wins.

The role requires expertise in Excel and Power BI, strong communication, and the ability to manage workstreams from discovery to implementation, ensuring actionable, scalable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, analyze, and interpret data models, Power BI dashboards, and other outputs that support new business discovery, solution development, value quantification, and deal strategy.
• Partner with Sales and Deal Team during prospect discovery to understand requirements, decision criteria, and data availability.
• Analyze carrier strategies, transportation modes, service requirements, and shipment profiles to identify practical opportunities for prospects.
• Lead assigned new business solution workstreams translating needs into visuals and solution narratives for Sales.
• Document solution assumptions, findings, scope considerations, and handoff details for awarded opportunities.
• Use Excel, Power BI, data normalization, visualization tools, and models to evaluate data and produce decision-ready outputs.
• Assist Sales with data requests, discovery prep, opportunity assessment, solution modeling, and value-story development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical views to support deal strategy and internal visibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
