Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a creative and driven Marketing Specialist! Bring your expertise and passion for content creation, digital media management, and graphic design to elevate our brand and connect with our audience. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice and image of MASS while driving engagement and growth.
We offer a flexible remote work environment, a strong support system, and the opportunity to contribute to a company with a national presence in commercial restoration services. While this position is remote, we do offer office space if preferred. Mild travel required (10%).
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or related field. B2B preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
Proven skills in content creation, digital media management, and graphic design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Proficiency working in Google AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, report results, and optimize marketing strategies based on performance.
Creative problem-solving and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Goal:
Generate leads, nurture them, and hand them off to the sales team for conversion.
Work together with leadership to continually redefine the ideal customer profile, create sales funnels, and measure the effectiveness of lead generation and sales efforts.
Digital Marketing:
Coordinate with IT to maintain the company’s website with new content, service offerings, and visual improvement.
Coordinate with IT to optimize web content for SEO and improve rankings and domain authority.
Plan and execute social media strategies, paid ads, and other digital marketing efforts to ensure consistent engagement and audience growth.
Support internal and external communications through email campaigns, newsletters, and client updates.
Use tools like Google analytics and Acumatica ERP Marketing Module to monitor campaign’s performance, and ROI report on engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Content and Design:
Create and manage branded marketing materials including brochures, fliers, case studies and promotional items.
Support all external and internal graphics, and imaging needs ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event presence with strategic goals.
Brand Management:
Serve as the steward of the Mid America Specialty Services brand, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.
Refine brand guidelines and enforce standards across departments.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work to translate product capabilities into compelling messages and go to market strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive product adoption.
Coordinate with company leadership to carry out marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage Third-Party Vendors: (e.g Designers, Printers, Media Platforms) as needed
Events and Conferences:
Develop and manage booth materials, promotional items, and marketing strategies for distribution to account representatives and use at events.
Minimally coordinate logistics for company participation in conferences, trade shows and community events
Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensations is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This position offers a competitive salary with potential growth as the company expands.
