Job summary

Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA is seeking an SSL Ticket Operations Coordinator to manage SSL transactions, collections and maintain database integrity for stadium operations.

The role reports to the Manager of SSL & Ticket Operations and requires strong attention to detail, teamwork and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Archtics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1+ year in a sports/entertainment env. on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year working in a sports/entertainment environment preferred.
• Team player with ability to work accurately and independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, & Archtics is a plus.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to handle SSL collections outreach, customer service and default notifications.
• Process SSL deposits and payments for SSL holders.
• Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing refinance, transfer, and termination contracts.
• Approve, countersign and process all SSL transfers.
• Sell on specific year’s default event to keep track of outstanding balances in future years for both SSL and season ticket member clients.
• Calculate interest for accounts who would like to pay their SSL in full.
• Interact with both the Rams and Chargers for account updates as needed.
• Assist in annual invoice setup.
