Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily venue operations for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and manage conversion workflows for high-volume events while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in public assembly facilities (stadiums/arenas/major venues).
• Experience leading teams of 3–50 staff (full and part time).
• Ability to manage event conversions and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue conversions (field, premium spaces, clubs, retail, parking).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party tenants on logistics and layouts.
• Manage Venue Ops Calendar and scheduling for conversions.
