Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to handle SSL collections outreach, customer service and default notifications
• Process SSL deposits and payments for SSL holders
• Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing refinance, transfer, and termination contracts
• Approve, countersign and process all SSL transfers
• Sell on specific year’s default event to keep track of outstanding balances in future years for both SSL and season ticket member clients
• Calculate interest for accounts who would like to pay their SSL in full
• Interact with both the Rams and Chargers for account updates as needed
• Assist in annual invoice setup

As The SSL Ticket Operations Coordinator, You Will…

Reporting to the Manager of SSL & Ticket Operations, the Coordinator will be primarily focused on processing SSL (Stadium Seat License) transactions, handling collections, and maintaining database integrity.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
