Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with access control systems, credentialing platforms, or Command Center operations.
• Proficient in Genetec, AMAG, Accredit, and other surveillance/access systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities; able to collaborate with both technical teams and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing operations across Hollywood Park venues, including SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, Campus and Retail District.
• Coordinate NFL game day credentialing and system troubleshooting.
• Support 24/7 security operations and Event Command Center activities.
• Audit access permissions and credentialing systems; assist with investigations and video reviews.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Genetec Security Desk, Accredit, HID printers, and related systems.
