Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a role focused on receiving, verifying, and preparing returned SSDs for failure analysis and testing.

The candidate will perform ATE testing, preconditioning, and bench-level debugging to isolate failing components, while conducting board-level diagnostics and data extraction to support root-cause analyses. Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify and prepare returned SSD products for failure analysis, testing and data integrity.
• Implement ATE testing, preconditioning, and bench-level debugging to isolate failing components.
• Perform board-level diagnostics including log extraction, failure reproduction, and root cause support.
• Maintain lab equipment, lab chemicals, calibration, inventory, and ensure compliance with audit and safety requirements.
• Support drive inventory management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SSD end-to-end lifecycle including safe storage and shipment of returned SSDs.
• Conduct PCB rework including BGA removal, re-balling, and component replacement and soldering.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
• Support engineer/manager requests as needed.
• Look for opportunities to use AI tools (copilot) to improve efficiency.
