Micron Technology is seeking an SSD Hardware Engineering Intern to support the design, validation, and debug of next‑generation SSD products. You will gain hands‑on experience with high‑speed hardware design, PCB development, signal integrity, and board bring‑up while collaborating with multiple engineering teams.

The role emphasizes data collection and analysis of validation results, developing automation tools, and AI‑assisted workflows to improve productivity and decision‑making.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of circuit analysis, digital electronics, PCB design fundamentals.
• Familiar with high‑speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet).
• Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts.
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers).
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools for automation and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with design, validation, characterization, and debug of SSD hardware platforms.
• Support schematic reviews, PCB design, board bring-up, and lab testing.
• Collect, analyze, and document validation results for product quality and performance.
• Support SI/PI analysis through simulation and measurements.
• Develop automation tools, scripts, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
