The role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Analytics, Biologics North America, and offers exposure to an exciting product pipeline, launch planning, and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Biotech or Pharma experience in Forecasting and/or Analytics.
• Experience with payer coverage analytics and claims analytics preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, SQL and Python skills; these are an asset.
• Experience with IQVIA modules (NSP, NPA, DDD) and forecasting modules (IPD, Global data) desired.
• Ability to connect analytics with business questions and link to brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead data driven analytics to support Go to market strategy initiatives.
• Segment and prioritize target payers and healthcare organizations.
• Lead market access analytics, including coverage and utilization analytics.
• Develop accurate product sales and profitability projections for portfolio evaluation and planning.
• Design and build dashboards for launch monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, and Finance teams across functions.
• Manage analytics requests and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
