Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Lead for commercial and market access analytics with a strong forecasting background for its Biologics portfolio.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering insights for pre- and post-launch decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success in a dynamic biosimilars and biologics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Biotech/Pharma analytics and forecasting; biosimilars preferred.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and data analytics capability.
• Experience with payer coverage analytics and claims data is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven analytics to support go-to-market and market access strategy.
• Segment and prioritize payers and healthcare organizations to maximize reach.
• Develop and oversee pricing analyses and market access analytics.
• Collect and integrate data from multiple sources to inform forecast assumptions.
• Build and maintain MS Excel forecasting models for inline and pipeline assets.
• Design dashboards for launch and post-launch KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, and Finance teams to drive conclusions.
