Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience for Master’s degree and 7 years for Bachelor’s degree in demand/forecasting or supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends and forecast data using statistical models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to reconcile variances and refine forecasts.
• Interact with sales, marketing and finance to understand demand drivers.
• Develop forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
• Generate consensus forecasts with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
