Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Lead for commercial and market access analytics in the Biologics space.

You will forecast, analyze and support pre/post-launch decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success in the biosimilars and novel biologics portfolio. You will report to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Analytics, Biologics North America, and contribute to a dynamic launch-ready pipeline and ongoing market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Biotech/Pharma analytics and forecasting.
• Biologics/Biosimilars experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven analytics to support go-to-market strategy across Market Access and field strategies.
• Segment and prioritize payers and healthcare organizations to maximize reach.
• Lead market access analytics including coverage and utilization analytics.
• Develop sales and profitability projections for portfolio evaluation.
• Design dashboards for launch and post-launch KPI monitoring.
• Oversee Excel-based forecasting models and scenarios.
