Job summary

Sayre Christian Village in Lexington, KY is seeking a dedicated SRNA to join our faith-based, nonprofit community. You will provide quality nursing care to residents, honoring their rights, dignity, and individuality, with a focus on their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The role offers both full-time and part-time shift opportunities with benefits and ongoing training to support your professional growth and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Dementia Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic settings preferred but not required.
• Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
• Provide individualized attention to support residents' physical, mental and psychological well-being.
• Attend to residents' needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, ROM, communication, or other care needs.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality.
• Responsible for providing individualized attention, which encourages each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychological well-being.
• Attending to the individual needs of residents which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs in keeping with the individual’s care requirements.
