Job summary

Auburn Opco, LLC is seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA/STNA/CNA) in Kentucky to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on a 12-hour shift schedule from 7pm to 7am. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support a mission of high-quality care in a deficiency-free facility.

The role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, PTO accrual, flexible scheduling and insurance options. Prior LTC CNA experience and active state certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have completed State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Explain procedures to residents clearly.
• Answer call lights, intercoms and signals to determine needs.
• Check residents frequently when unable to call for help.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
