Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA / STNA / CNA) to support residents in a caring, compassionate environment. The role involves meeting personal care needs per care plans, with 12-hour shifts and flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication with residents and staff.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent.
• State Approved Nursing Assistant Training completed.
• Good standing in the state registry required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Ensures residents missing calls are checked frequently.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents in activities of daily living.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary:Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

Job Type:Full time / Part time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts7am-7pm or 7pm to 7am

• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.

Qualifications & Educations:

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
