Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant – SRNA / STNA / CNA to join our team for 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) in Kentucky. The role emphasizes resident-first care, support for care plans, and collaboration with nursing staff.

A strong emphasis on compassionate, quality care and adherence to regulatory standards is essential. In this position you will bathe, dress, and assist residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights, and support a safe, respectful

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in state registry required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Check residents who cannot call for help.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations
