Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a State Tested Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate daily resident care in a facility focused on quality and well-being. The role supports residents according to care plans and promotes dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident needs, and communicating with the care team. Training and English proficiency are required; favorable scheduling and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent education.
• Completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and current registry status.

Responsibilities

• Answers signals lights, bells, or intercom to determine resident needs.
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations:

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.

• Good standing in the state registry is required.
