Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA/STNA/CNA) for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with benefits and overtime options.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring residents' needs are met per care plans. Must have STNA training and maintain good standing in the state registry.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are reachable.
• Checks on residents unable to call for help.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as needed in activities of daily living.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
