Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.

You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business partners to advance our AIOps strategy, reduce toil, and deliver measurable improvements in reliability and efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, IT or related field.
5+ years in leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
Hands-on experience with automation or AIOps.
Experience with testing practices and tooling.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
