You will lead small teams, engage with Humana leadership, and advance automation milestones while solving complex challenges and delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• Experience leading tech initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release with design, engineering, and test teams.
• Perform engineering tests to verify designs and support evaluation on leading-edge components.
• Assist executives to develop functional strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE and AIops programs.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to resolve issues.
