Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering with AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to enhance our AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, guide strategic milestones for our AIOps program, and work with executives to develop functional strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership within app/SRE/DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions in complex situations.

Responsabilités
