Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Technical Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to own and improve the reliability of critical production systems. This hands-on role emphasizes automation, performance optimization, and incident response leadership across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will drive self-healing architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence technical decisions that reduce toil and increase system resilience.

Qualifications

8+ years IT experience with senior SRE or similar role.
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices.
Proficient in automation using Python and infra tooling.
Experience in observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing.

Responsibilities

Drive automation to reduce toil and create self-healing systems.
Lead incident response from a technical standpoint.
