Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer Technical Lead to own critical production systems, drive automation, and elevate operational excellence. This hands-on leader will focus on problem solving and reliability over timelines.

You will direct incident response, optimize performance, and shape cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes and major cloud platforms while building self-healing tools and strong observability capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of IT experience with senior-level SRE or similar role.
• Deep SRE knowledge across cloud platforms, microservices, containers (Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to code (e.g., Python) and build automation to create scalable, self-healing systems.
• Experience with robust observability (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing) using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, expert-level ownership of operational excellence for critical production systems.
• Drive automation to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Lead incident response from a technical perspective and guide resolution and post-mortems.
