Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer 2 for Production Engineering in Costa Mesa, CA.

You will help scale and secure the cloud platform powering Lattice, collaborating with platform engineers and field operations to improve reliability and performance. You will build and refine monitoring, runbooks, and automation, participate in on-call rotations, and help owning teams implement durable fixes while aligning with security controls on sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in SRE/production operations
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Kubernetes in production and patching
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Rust, or Java for production tooling

Responsibilities

• Build and improve monitoring, observability, and alerting systems for the Lattice platform
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate incident response with owning teams
• Contribute to blameless postmortems and drive systemic improvements
• Develop shared reliability tooling and automation to reduce toil
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets with owners
• Collaborate on deployment safety with progressive rollouts and automated testing
