Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role focuses on keeping large-scale infrastructure reliable across data center and cloud deployments, partnering with engineering and operations to improve deployment, incident response, observability, and resilience.

Location: Remote. You will design automation, build production tools, and participate in on-call rotations while driving scalable operations and faster recovery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SRE or infrastructure engineering for large-scale environments.
• Strong software development skills in Python and Go with production-quality tooling.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation frameworks to minimize manual operational tasks.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of services from deployment to incident response.
• Develop software tools that integrate across various data center systems.
• Monitor and manage large-scale GPU and Kubernetes environments using observability tools.
• Create predictive and self-healing systems based on incident analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and self-service tools.
