Replit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead SRE across observability, incident management, load testing, and performance engineering. You will guide a distributed team, help ships safely, and drive improvements in reliability and cost efficiency while mentoring technical leaders.

You will stay technically engaged, review production designs, debug complex failures, and apply AI tooling to automate and accelerate engineering output.

Formación

• Proven track record leading SRE or production-platform teams.
• Experience with incident response, post-incident reviews, and engineering improvements.
• Strong background in observability, telemetry, and performance optimization.

• Grow and coach a distributed engineering team with ownership and accountability.
• Define and improve rollout processes, capacity planning, and cloud cost attribution.
