Ethereum Technologies is seeking an observability-focused engineer to design and implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions across cloud-native services. You will work with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK to ensure reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation with Python, Bash, and Shell scripting, plus Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and incident management.
• Eligible to work in the United States (citizenship/visa status).
