Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting. You will implement and operate OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK to improve system visibility and reliability.

The role emphasizes scripting (Python, Bash) and CI/CD automation, building dashboards, centralized logging, incident response, and collaboration with engineering teams

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in SRE/Platform engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.
• Strong debugging and cross-team collaboration skills.

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, along with scripting and CI/CD automation skills.

Required Technical Skills:

• SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
