Quantum Technologies LLC is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Phoenix, AZ to strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting across our systems.

You will work with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, building dashboards, centralizing logs, and integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines. Strong scripting in Python/Bash is essential, with cloud native observability on GCP.

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, along with scripting and CI/CD automation skills.

Required Technical Skills:

• SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.
