Valiant Technologies LLC in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure high availability and reliability across our platforms.

You will work with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, build dashboards, automate CI/CD, and implement proactive monitoring and incident response.

Formación

• Experience in SRE/observability and platform engineering.
• Hands-on with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Scripting for automation in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and incident management.

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, along with scripting and CI/CD automation skills.

Required Technical Skills:

• SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions.
