Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Seattle seeks a Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our enterprise SRE center of excellence. You will apply software engineering and IT operations expertise to ensure resilience and stability of our applications and infrastructure.

As an individual contributor, you will lead real-time monitoring, collaborate with development teams, and support audits, capacity planning, and security compliance, leveraging Dynatrace and cloud platforms to prevent

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience coaching and mentoring system engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools to improve system reliability and availability.
• Lead real-time monitoring and observability for critical apps.
• Coordinate incident response to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth deployments and operations.
• Assist with capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Guide other teams to improve monitoring and administration processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and audit requirements.
• Support regulatory audit requirements.
