Job summary
Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Seattle seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps specialist to strengthen production systems. You will own Dynatrace monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and synthetic monitoring, and provide on-call production support.
The role requires 4+ years in SRE/DevOps/Observability, hands-on Dynatrace administration, cloud proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes and Docker, and strong RCA/incident management.

- Hands-on Dynatrace administration and monitoring.
- Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Strong RCA, incident management, and production support experience.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.

Job description
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, IT Operations, or Observability.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring.
- Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Hands-on with DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Dynatrace API/Workflows.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and production support experience.
- Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud-native applications.
- ServiceNow/ITIL and SRE best practices are preferred.
- Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
