Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Application Support to triage, analyze, and resolve critical tickets, ensuring high availability and performance for cloud-based apps.

This full-time, hybrid role requires automation, monitoring, and occasional after-hours coverage. You will work with Snowflake, AWS, and monitoring tools while collaborating across teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 2–4 years in Application Support for cloud-based apps.
• No degree with a relevant technical certification and 6+ years of comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve tickets per SLAs.
• Identify and resolve critical app problems, including after-hours calls.
• Investigate tickets with data analysis and testing.
• Document processes and provide follow-up to requestors.
• Monitor app availability and performance continuously.
• Develop scripts and automation to detect and fix issues.
• Build monitoring/alerting to surface issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
