• Drive automation and self-service to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Own incident response and service restoration during production incidents.
• Manage change execution and readiness ensuring changes are planned, tested, and validated.
• Promote proactive reliability engineering with monitoring, capacity, and resiliency practices.
