Job summary

PNC is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager for the SRC First Response - Infrastructure Shared Technologies group, based in Phoenix, AZ or other listed locations. The role leads the second-shift operations team, manages incidents, and drives automation to improve service reliability.

You will oversee a broad stack including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, and Ansible, with emphasis on reducing manual work and improving platform

Qualifications

• University degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior management experience.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the second-shift operations team during off-hours incidents and changes.
• Support and maintain a diverse technology stack (WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible).
• Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for automation and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance platform stability.
• Additional non-shift hours may be required to support escalated incidents.
