About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Financial Reporting to support our financial systems, reporting, and analytics. You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to develop, enhance, and maintain key Workday reports that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday Financial reports (custom and delivered)
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across key financial data sets and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and data sources
• Support audits, compliance, and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting processes
• Collaborate with Workday system admins and developers on report-driven enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of Workday Financial Reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields
• Experience supporting modules like Financial Accounting, Projects, Expenses, or Procurement
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Discovery Boards
• CPA, CFA, or finance/accounting background is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
