Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

A manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Revenue Analyst on their FP&A team. This role is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts, incorporating manufacturing variables such as production capacity, COGS, and inventory.
• Lead revenue planning processes to align forecasts with business goals, operational capacity, and market demand.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production to gather data, analyze trends, and adjust forecasts based on production schedules, supply issues, and product lifecycle.
• Analyze revenue performance, cost structures, and manufacturing efficiency to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Build financial models and metrics to assess the impact of production, material, and labor variables on revenue.
• Prepare and present revenue reports to senior leadership, highlighting risks, trends, and actionable insights.
• Perform other duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or revenue forecasting
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing or production environments
• Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experienced with ERP systems and forecasting software (e.g., Infor, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including fixed/variable and direct/indirect costs
• Knowledge of inventory management and related operational processes
• Proven ability to analyze product-level profitability, including COGS, margin analysis, and factory overhead
