Integris Group is partnering with a leading law firm that has an immediate need for 2 Business Analysts with strong experience in data reporting and BI. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity supporting a complex product reporting initiative. The team is focused on improving visibility into product performance, usage, and ROI—helping uncover what’s working, what’s not, and how workflows can be optimized across the organization.

Day to day, you’ll collaborate closely with product teams and project managers to define what data is needed for reporting and influence product design to ensure meaningful metrics are captured. This role requires strong SQL skills for building reporting layers and experience with event tagging tools like Pendo is a plus (NOT a must).

Ideal candidates have:

• 3-5 years as a BA focused on data reporting projects.
• BI and data analysis expertise, comfortable working with AWS data tools.
• Exposure to Salesforce (not necessarily a SME).
• Background in Insurance/Healthcare or Big Payer ecosystems is valuable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
