Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks an experienced Senior Workday Core HCM Developer to join our consulting team in the United States. You will work on scalable Workday solutions across Core HCM, security, reporting, integrations, and production support.

This role requires collaboration with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to configure and optimize Workday environments. You will lead data validation, releases, and production support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM.
• Strong knowledge of: Workday Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Workday Security, Calculated Fields, Custom & Advanced Reporting, EIB.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces.
• Experience supporting production environments and end users.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support Workday security configuration, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on system enhancements.
• Support data validation, data loads (EIB), and integration activities.

Senior Workday Core HCM Developer / Consultant

Position Overview

Work on scalable Workday solutions across Core HCM, business process configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and production support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams while supporting and enhancing Workday environments.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated environments.
• Workday Certification is a plus.
